If you are a non-union member, you may use this service to file a claim for mediation. If you are a union member, you should contact your union to help you file your claim.
- TADM will assess the claim in accordance with the Tripartite Guidelines on Wrongful Dismissal. TADM will determine whether the case will be mediated at TADM or adjudicated at the Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT).

Still in employment: within 1 year after the dispute start. For example, if you are claiming for owed salaries for 1 Apr 2024, you should file your claim no later than 1 Apr 2025. Left employment: within 6 months from your last date of employment. Your claims cannot be earlier than 1 year from the date of filing. For example, if you left employment on 1 Apr 2025, you should file your claim no later than 1 Oct 2025.
